Bell Italia Srl: a whole story to be told and written. The year was 2010 and Giuseppe Francia, who was already a successful manager in his early 30s working in the footwear industry and always travelling among continents for work, noticed that Italian-made food was very popular and appreciated abroad, more than he thought. In every place he visited, he used to see many small shops selling Italian products, and almost always in the bigger stores such as supermarkets, there were entire shelves or corners devoted exclusively to Italian products. Not to mention pizzerias and Italian restaurants, where extra virgin olive oil, peeled tomatoes, pasta, mozzarella and the typical cold cuts and cheese of our Country were always well displayed as a guarantee of quality and authenticity.
Curiosity caused Giuseppe to ask questions to shop keepers and restaurant owners and many of them complained about the difficulty of finding Italian products with continuity and at fair prices. They were constantly looking for reliable suppliers, who could deliver regularly and allow them to be more competitive on the market. And, why not, someone who could keep them up-to-date about the newest trends in the world of Made in Italy. Giuseppe had no experience in the sector, but he thought at once that he could be that one supplier.
A few months later, Bell Italia Srl was born. Almost a game initially, a bet, but with three precise objectives, which we have been pursuing with commitment and devotion for ten years now:
From 2010 to the present day Bell Italia has grown considerably: today our team is composed of 6 permanent employees, plus several agents and collaborators scattered around the globe. Our turnover has double-digits increases every year, and we aim at reaching EUR 10 million by the year 2020. Today we deal with over 20 thousand food and non-food articles. We have customers all over the world, from Asia to America, from North Africa to the Old Continent: for us our customer is a partner with whom we daily build a relationship of collaboration, business and even friendship, regardless of the turnover. Each order we receive fills us with responsibility and pride, because we are aware that, also thanks to our contribution, many people in the world can appreciate the real “Made in Italy”.

We also offer many extra services, to meet our customers’ needs, ranging from the re-labelling of products to the optimisation of the loads, from custom certifications to logistical assistance and we regularly send our partners all around the world free samples, because we strongly believe that testing and knowing a product before putting it on the shelf is important. We promote our beautiful territory, Apulia, by supporting and collaborating with all local manufacturers who contact us to go international.
