The new MyPromo service allows you to quickly and easily manage negotiations for the purchase of at least one pallet of any product. “With MyPromo, you make the promotions“, says our slogan. Yes, because through a simple form to be filled in on the website www.bell-italia.com, the customer can indicate the desired product/s, the quantity they intend to order, and the price they would like to pay. Our Sales Assistants, having received the proposal, process it and send an answer in a very short time. No phone calls, no emails, no waiting. Because saving time means guaranteeing our customers further money savings.
To use MyPromo you must be registered on our website. If you are not already, click here. Once logged in, you will be able to access your personalized dashboard, where you can consult the price list, subscribe to the newsletter, download catalogs, images, and product datasheets. Furthermore, you can access MyPromo by clicking on the appropriate button.
A screen will appear, showing information such as your company name and the destination address (not editable, but for any changes, you can fill in the notes at the end of the page). At this point, it’s time to manage your MyPromo, indicating the desired product, the quantity (at least one pallet), and the price. You can enter the EAN (the system will automatically recognize it) or the description of the article, using the assisted compilation. If you wish to order further items click on “Add Product”. Otherwise, you just need to press “Submit” to send us your proposal. In the field “Notes”, you can enter information of any type (eg. “Minimum expiry 1 year”, “Repeat order every month”, “Final destination other than that indicated”).
A message will notify you that the proposal has been sent and, simultaneously, you will receive a summary email.
Doing business has never been easier with MyPromo’s personalized offers! If your offer is accepted, you will receive a preorder draft. Our sales assistants may also make you a counteroffer. In this case, you will have 48 hours to accept it. If your answer is yes… deal!
